The Liability Release is located on the back of the Registration Form.
Monthly Tuition: Tuition must be paid in full BEFORE class can be taken. One student per monthly rate only, no transfers. Monthly tuition rates are offered to students who would like to receive Dance Unlimited's "discounted" rate by paying for class(es) on a monthly basis. Monthly tuition is payable before the first class of the month. Students who miss the first class of the month must refer to the single class rate policy. If payment is not received before class, student may not take class. Monthly tuition is always due on or before each the first class of each month. Monthly tuition is based on a 4 week month. Class schedule is set up so that the 5 week months and the 3 week months (due to holidays and productions) even themselves out during the year. All students who take part in our recitals and productions are required to pay the monthly rate in advance as per the Production Policy. Please see Production Policy for details. Lessons missed can be made up by attending similar classes within 30 days of the missed class. Dance Unlimited is not responsible for the convenience of the make up classes. There are no credits or refunds. Dance Unlimited does not accept credit cards.
Single Class Rate: Payment must be received before class can be taken. Students who being class at the beginning of the month and pay the single class rate before taking class and then after class decide to sign up for the month, may pay the remaining amount equal to the monthly class rate only if paid for immediately following the class taken, and only if it is the first class of the month. There are no credits, carry-overs, or refunds. Dance Unlimited does not accept credit cards.
Production Policy: All students who take part in our annual productions (June and December) must refer to the monthly tuition rate policy. Single class rate is not accepted on the production months for performing students. For all performing students, payment for production month is required with the costume order. Costume order and tuition payment is considered the "Production Package" and is distributed in February/March for our June production and in Sept/Oct for our December production. A costume purchase is required for all performing students. Costumes must be paid for in full with the production month's tuition on or before the announced deadline date. (Refer to the production package) Performing students are required to attend eacl class repsectively and to keep absences at a minimum. If a student becomes unavailable to attend class within 4 weeks prior to performance date, they will be required to take private class to catch up with fellow students before performance day. Absences during the preparation of a performance could jeopardize the opportunity to perform. Ticket purchase is required to view our production. Dancers do not need a ticket. (The paid monthly tuition pays for one class, one studio rehearsal, one spacing rehearsal, and one performance) All observers will need a ticket to enter through the auditorium doors. Proceeds from tickets sales support the cost of the production. (See production package) Participation as a performer in our productions is not mandatory. Please let your instructor know if you do not plan to perform. Non-performers may attend class up to the month prior to the performance. Not all classes perform. More information will be provided in the Performance Package tjat is distributed in late Sept and in April of each year. Be sure to read the entire package as there are deadlines and guidelines in which our Production Policy abides by for everyone who is ordering a costume and performing. Please see you instructor for more details.
